Swift Sameday offers specialist AOG Courier in Gatwick services positioned at the heart of UK aviation operations. Located just 15 minutes from our Horsham base, Gatwick Airport North Terminal, South Terminal, and Cargo Village represent the operational centre for numerous airlines, maintenance organisations, and aerospace suppliers. Our service is built specifically around airport proximity and security procedures, with drivers maintaining current airport credentials and understanding the access requirements for different terminals, maintenance hangars, and cargo areas.
We work daily with airline engineering departments, independent MRO facilities, and parts suppliers operating within Gatwick's complex, understanding the security screening, documentation protocols, and coordination procedures essential for airside deliveries. Each driver understands how to navigate the airport's internal road network, coordinate with cargo handling agents, and communicate with maintenance planning teams to deliver components directly to engineering workshops. Our verification procedures ensure parts collected from Gatwick suppliers match engineering specifications and carry complete certification traceability.
The service extends beyond Gatwick to connect the airport with suppliers across southern England, maintaining chain of custody protocols and providing real-time tracking that gives maintenance organisations complete visibility of component location throughout urgent deliveries.
